use this marinade on fish, chicken or pork.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
2 garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic until combined.
2. Pour over the the food being marinated and let stand for 15 minutes or cover and chill for up to 8 hours.
