Nice twist on green beans
Ingredients:
2 lbs. green beans
3 tbsp. fresh ginger
minced garlic
red pepper flakes
cooking oil (try something other than olive oil for a richer flavor, nut oil, teriyaki, etc.)
soy sauce instead of salt
Directions:
1. Saute ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in cooking oil for about a minute
2. Add green beans to saute and mix, until cooked to the desired tenderness
3. Splash with soy sauce
4. Voila
