Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cantaloupe
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup dried cranberries (such as craisins)
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing gently. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
