This Asian-style dip is one of my favorites. Serve with with assorted veggies or shrimp.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons grated onions
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. ine the mayo, soy sauce, ginger, onion, and vinegar. Add the milk if the dip is too thick.
2. Cover and chill for a least 2 hours.
3. Serve with veggies such as carrot sticks, zucchini sticks, mushrooms, or maybe even shrimp.
