Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 lb chicken, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 inches fresh ginger, cut in matchsticks
1 teaspoon sugar
3 green onions, sliced
pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok.
2. Stir fry chicken briefly.
3. Stir in oyster sauce.
4. Stir in ginger, scallions, sugar and pepper.
5. Cook until chicken is done.
