Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 inch gingerroot (thin 1-inch piece sliced and peeled)
  • 2 oz rum

Directions:

  1. Muddle the 2 Tables of Sugar, Fresh Lime and Crushed Ice.
  2. After this, add the slice of fresh ginger. Muddle some more - but do not break ginger.
  3. Add more ice and Rum.
  4. Shake.
  5. Serve.
