This recipe comes from the internet! Health in a glass, providing lots of antioxidants & omegas! NOTE: An additional ingredient is 1/8 cup of ground hempseed, but Zaar does not recognize it, so I'm including it here!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water, to taste
1 large banana
1 cup berries, frozen
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/8 cup flax seed, ground
Directions:
1. Puree all SIX ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 tall glasses & enjoy!
