Ingredients:
1/4 cup miracle whip or 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 crusty sandwich buns, split
8 slices cooked deli roast beef (about 1/3 lb.)
1/4 cup sliced green onion
8 slices red peppers, rings
Directions:
1. Mix dressing and ginger; spread on cut sides of rolls.
2. Fill with remaining ingredients: wrap in foil.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
