Ginger Banana Party Cake

Banana and ginger combine to make an aromatic cake that's not too sweet for dogs. Chopped nuts and raisins make it a festive cake. Note: chop nuts well.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup softened butter
3 large eggs
3/4 cup water
2 cups unbleached flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups mashed bananas
1 tablespoon butter
6 tablespoons carob powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons unbleached flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Beat together mashed banana and butter until creamy.
2. Add eggs and water.
3. Beat well.
4. Stir in dry ingredients.
5. Beat until smooth.
6. Add nuts.
7. Spoon batter evenly into oiled and floured bundt pan.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes, remove from pan, replace on rack and cool.
9. Banana & Mock-Choc Frosting:.
10. Blend the rest of the ingredients thoroughly and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with well-chopped pecans and raisins.
