Ginger Baked Carrots

Ingredients:
6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place carrots in a greased 1-quart casserole.
3. Combine lemon juice, salt, ginger and pepper.
4. Pour over carrots.
5. Dot with butter.
6. Bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour.
