Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chopped granny smith apple (1 large)
2 cups chopped gala apple (1 large)
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup dried sweet cherries
3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
