My little girl loves smoothies, and this was her latest concoction....yummo!
Ingredients:
4 ounces yogurt (vanilla, strawberry or mixed berry any brand)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar substitute (splenda)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse blend until smooth.
