Gigi's Asian Chicken Salad

You can use your own premade coleslaw or purchased creamy coleslaw for this. My grandma (Gigi) made this often as a side dish.
Ingredients:
2 cups creamy coleslaw
2 (6 ounce) cans chunk canned chicken, drained
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 teaspoon ginger
8 lettuce leaves
1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
Directions:
1. Combine coleslaw, chicken, pineapple, ginger together.
2. Arrange lettuce leaves on individual plates.
3. Spoon mixture over lettuce.
4. Sprinkle each with chow mein noodles.
