  1. In a saucepan, on low heat, combine the butter, flour and salt until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken broth.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the giblets and eggs.
  5. Cook, simmering and stirring constantly, until thick.
  6. Pour in a gravy boat and serve!
