This takes the basic shrimp cocktail up quite a few notches. I've always liked the addition of a sweet taste, and had used maple syrup, but this time I used a sweet Thai chili sauce, and bam!
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
11 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce (found in asian area at most supermarkets)
