I REALLY enjoy this tea . It would be equally as good with lemon. I actually use more water than what the recipe calls for.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Boil water.
2. Add the ginger, honey and lime juice, remove from the heat and steep for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain.
