Juice & Go! Don't forget to mulch or save the fiber for soup! Use fresh organic produce! And don't use tops of carrots (toxic)!
Ingredients:
4 carrots
4 asparagus spears
2 tomatoes
1/4 cup cilantro
1 apple
1 slice fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Cut all vegetables and ginger to fit into juicer and juice.
2. Alternating with cilantro.
3. Stir in seasonings.
