German Chocolate Cake Icing
Ingredients:
prepare german chocolate cake mix according to directions. cool and frost with the following icing
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 cups coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Beat eggs
2. Add milk, sugar and margarine
3. Cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture thickens
4. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and vanilla
5. Spread on cake
