1. Potatoes should be sliced and peeled 1/4 inch thick 2. Chicken Broth may be hommade or commercial 3. Boil potatoes with broth 1/4 tsp. salt for 5-8 minutes till tender Drain 4. Toss warm potatoes and vegetable oil and onions. 5. Dissolve remaining 1/4 tsp salt and the sugar in lemon juice Pour over potatoes 6. Marinate salad 1-2 hours before serving. Serve at room Temperature
