Georgia's Sunday Cabbage W/Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons heinz ketchup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cream, sauce (recipe included)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup evaporated milk
Directions:
1. Cut cabbage in pieces and boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Mix all other ingredients. Place cabbage in a baking dish and top sauce mixture with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until bubbly (about 30 minutes.).
2. Cream Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until well mixed. Add milk and stir until thick.
