A refreshing fruity cocktail made from frozen peaches.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peaches
1 dash vanilla extract
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 cup crushed ice
1 ounce peach schnapps
1/2 ounce apricot brandy
swirl raspberry puree
Directions:
1. Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Drizzle a spoon of raspberry puree, swirl and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

3. 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
4. 1/3 cup of granulated white sugar (or to taste).
5. Place a large fine meshed strainer over a bowl and thaw 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries. This will take several hours.
6. Gently press the berries to force all the juice from the berries. All that should remain in the strainer is the raspberry seeds.
7. Add sugar to taste.
