Ingredients:
6 large grilled chicken breast fillets or 10 small (cut into bite size pieces)
3 boxes of elbow macaroni
1 purple or yellow onion( diced finely)
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
1 yellow or red bell pepper( finely diced)
1 green bell pepper finely diced
5-6 large eggs (boiled) each egg needs to be cut into fourths or you can dice the egg into smaller pieces
2 cups of shredded cheese (your choice) we use velevetta
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2 cups celery (finely chopped)
1 jar of hellman's or kraft mayonaise
seasoning (i use natures seasoning, you can use tony's, slap ya mama, etc.. your choice)
parsley
black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. CHOP AND DICE ALL YOUR VEGETABLES
2. GRILL THE CHICKEN BREAST
3. BOIL THE ELBOW MACARONI
4. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
5. SERVE
6. REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS
