Genos Romano Lime Corn

named after the little pizza shop we walked to every summer at the lakes. we didn't go for pizza.. we went for corn! it was out of this world! So good we were always trying to make it back at home and to get us through winter blues.
Ingredients:
ear of corn
lime
mayonnaise
romano cheese (the kind in the shaker is fine)
chili powder or cayenne or black pepper or whatever you have on hand to kick it up.
Directions:
1. steam the corn
2. or you could grill it if you like grilled corn
3. or you could just use a bag of frozen corn if it's winter or what-not.
4. well, cook it a bit any way.
5. now rub (or squeeze) a juicy lime all over it
6. now spread mayo all over (this step grosses me out- just get over it, because it is soooo good anyways)
7. now shake romano all over
8. now chili powder or pepper it up!
9. eat with a washrag near-by!
