Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 6-12 ingredients in a quart jar with a lid and shake to mix. Shake again before use.
  2. Mix the 2-5 ingredients together in a sauce bowl and add chicken pieces to mixture and wait for oil to heat.
  3. In a wok or large skillet add a small amount of oil and heat up to 400degrees.
  4. Place chicken in oil and move to a plate with a napkin over it.
  5. Stir mixture and then add to pan and add water if sauce gets to thick on the stove.
  6. Add chicken to wok and cook until all is hot and bubbly.
