Gazpacho Pasta Salad

I haven't tried this yet, but I love gazpacho, and this looks like it might be a nice summertime salad. Something different from the mayo based pasta salads.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound rotelle pasta
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 english cucumber, sliced( wont get soggy)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 ounces hot v-8 juice
chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions
2. Drain
3. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
4. Chill for about 2 hours and toss again before serving
5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro(optional)
