Summer Soup
2 sweet pepper, red
1 sweet pepper, yellow
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato, medium
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 red onion, small
1 clove garlic
5 g olive oil
2 cups cold water
1. Saute crushed garlic and red onion and when the pan goes dry throw in water to water sautee.
2. Once garlic and onion are cooked, cool by pouring over cold water.
3. Add roughly chopped peppers, cucumbers, and tomato. Any herb you like too.
4. Process till desired consistency and thin with water to taste.
5. Add lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
