Ingredients:
1 cup tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 teaspoons snipped parsley
1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1 teaspoon snipped chives
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 -3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; place in stainless steel or glass bowl. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
