Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups vegetable juice
1 cup tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a large glass or stainless steel bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve cold.
