Ingredients:
70 g flour
100 g sugar
100 g butter
100 g baking chocolate
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
Directions:
1. Butter and flour cake pan.
2. Melt butter and chocolate, when it's cool mix in the egg yolks.
3. Mix the sugar and the flour, then mix into the chocolate mixture.
4. Beat the egg whites.
5. Fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
6. Cook for 35-45 minutes at 170-180°C.
