Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth
1 cup cucumber, peeled, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 dash pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredinets.
2. Simmer gently until onions and celery are tender (about 12 minutes).
3. Chill before serving.
