Ingredients:
1/2 pound shrimp, shells removed
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Smash, peel and chop the garlic cloves.
2. Place the chopped garlic, butter, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on hig for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again, and microwave for 15-30 seconds.
3. Add the shrimp to the garlic-butter mixture. Stir and microwave in 30 second intervals for another 1-3 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink.
