Garlicky Greens with Ground Beef

Ingredients:
12 oz ground beef
2 red onions, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
22 oz beet leaves, (2 bunches) tough stems removed
20 oz kale, tough stems removed and barely chopped (1 large bunch)
1/4 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in large pan or wok with onions and garlic, adding other seasonings when the beef is less pink. When thoroughly browned:
2. Add greens and cover to steam until tender, stirring once in awhile to keep from burning the meat.
3. Serve with rice, if desired.
