Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick
kosher salt and fresly cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Coat and let marinate for a few hours. Cook 15 minutes at 450.
