Garlic Shrimp

Very similar to Shrimp Scampi. Great over rice or pasta.
Ingredients:
19 oz shrimp, cleaned (that's 2# shrimp w/ heads on)
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c fat free chicken broth
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Saute chopped garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add broth - I use seafood broth, but CC did not have that in it's index, so I listed chicken broth. Cook for a minute or two till broth is hot.
3. Add shrimp and parsley. Cook just until shrimp are pink. Don't overcook!
4. Serve as is or put it over rice or pasta. You may want to add a little more broth if you're serving it over rice.
5. Mange!
