Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add water and oil to bread pan.
  2. Top with flours, cheese, sugar and salt.
  3. Make a well in center and add yeast.
  4. Lock pan into machine.
  5. Program machine for Dough Cycle.
  6. When dough is done, let sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Knead well and roll out into 9x8 rectangle on a floured surface.
  8. Cut into three 8 inch strips.
  9. Cut each strip into 10 strips.
  10. Roll and stretch each piece into 12 inch sticks.
  11. Lightly roll each in olive oil then into optional toppings.
  12. Place on cookie sheet pans and cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
  13. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  14. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown for soft texture or bake 5 more minutes for a crisp texture.
