Garlic Roasted Shrimp

This is a wonderful shrimp dish!
Ingredients:
2 heads of garlic
1 lb lof arge shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 loaf of crusty italian bread (optional)
5-6 dried chilies or 1/4 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 c. of extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. First you want to preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Then you will need to separate garlic cloves then peel them.
3. Now place oil, chilies and garlic in your favorite baking dish, the oil needs to cover the bottom of the pan.
4. Next you can roast the garlic covered for approx. 30 minutes,
5. Now add your shrimp, cover with olive oil and then roast covered for aprox. 5 minutes-
6. Then cook until the shrimp turns translucient.
7. Serve hot. Add some Italian bread, spreading roasted garlic on the bread and soaking up the sauce with the bread.
8. Yum!
9. Note:Peel shrimp before cooking.
