Garlic Rice

Got this from a cooking book.
Ingredients:
6 cups cold cooked rice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons fine salt
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan or wok.
2. Add garlic and cook over low fire until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook the garlic.
3. Remove 1 tablespoons of garlic and put in a small bowl.
4. Add rice to the wok and cook until well mixed.
5. Season with salt.
6. Serve hot in a plate. Top with browned garlic.
