VERY COLORFUL, TASTY RECIPE. GREAT FOR SUMMER PICNICS, HUGE HIT AT ALL MY FAMILIES' FUNCTIONS.
Ingredients:
1 pound pasta twists
2 green peppers, diced
2 red peppers, diced
2 yellow peppers, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 large tomatoes diced
1 large, spicy pepperoni stick, sliced and quartered
carlifonia style garlic pepper(to your taste)
3 garlic and herb salad dressing packets
red wine vinegar
oil as required for salad dressing
Directions:
1. COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS
2. IN MEANTIME, CUT ALL VEGETABLES, SIZE ACCORING TO PREFERENCE.
3. SLICE PEPPERONI AND THEN QUARTER SLICES.
4. WHEN PASTA IS COOKED AND WELL DRAINED MIX WITH ALL OF THE VEGETABLE AND PEPPERONI.
5. ADD GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE.
6. MIX ALL WITH USING RED WINE VINEGAR INSTEAD OF REGULAR. POUR ON SALAD AND TOSS WELL.
7. REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT TO ABSORB FLAVOR BEST.
