This would be great on fresh steamed veggies, especially corn on the cob.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
