This sounds fancy, but there is almost no work involved! Serve on sliced baguette.
Ingredients:
1 cup greek olive, rinsed and pitted
2 tablespoons capers
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon thyme or 1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, stems removed
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until just smooth enough to spread.
