Garlic Mustard Ground Beef |

This can be served over rice, on hamburger buns, or in tortillas. Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1/4 cup yellow mustard |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, honey, paprika, and black pepper into the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook until hot, about 3 minutes. |
