Savoury Muffins are the best! Only 120 cals, quite healthy and oh so delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
3 tbsp margarine, melted
2 cloves garlic, crushed (could use 3)
2 tbsp chives, chopped
1 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
Directions:
1. put forst 6 in a bowl and mix well
2. add remaining and blend until just mixed
3. bake at 190 deg cel for 15-20min
