Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 lb sour cream
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/2 tbsp dried chives (skip if you use top the tater rather than sour cream)
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Clean and bake the potatoes.
  2. Shell out the potatoes and put into mixing bowl. Cut up the skin of one or two of the potatoes - mostly for color.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together in mixer.
  4. Thoroughly whip until creamy and smooth.
