I favorite light and really tastey snack or side dish. I got this recipe from a calorie site I used to belong to. I sometimes like to add a little more margarine and/or sour cream just to make it more smooth.
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. boil cauliflower till done,drain, mash (fork, blender, mixer, whatever) mix in the other ingredients and enjoy.
