Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes

A slight rift on how I usually make my mashed potatoes. The garlic & herb cheese is like magic! So good.
Ingredients:
5-6 medium-large red or yukon gold potatoes, cubed
2 1/2 cups water (enough to cover potatoes by about 2 inches)
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp alouette garlic & herb spreadable cheese
splash of milk
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Place potatoes and water in a medium stock pot. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender, about 15 minutes.
2. Drain off water. Mash potatoes with a masher or ricer. Add a splash of milk, butter, and cheese. Season to taste.
