Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

This Dish Will bring every one to the table for a great evening meal.
Ingredients:
2 sweet onions
1 package of philly cream cheese
1/2 stick of imperial margarine
8 idaho potato's
1/4 cup of fresh thyme
1/4 cup of parsley
2 cups of sharp cheddar, colby, monterey jack cheese
sea salt
pinch of white pepper
black pepper (keep on the side)
2 garlic cloves minced
Directions:
1. Slice Potato's into thin layers
2. Diced Onions
3. In a large Pan cook Onions,Garlic, Thyme and parsley for 2 minutes
4. Add Sea Salt and white pepper to taste
5. add Cream cheese and cook over low heat from 5 minutes until cream cheese has melted completely.
6. In a Baking dish Layer Sliced Potato's adding a Layer of cheese blend and Black Pepper. Repeat this step intil you have reached the top of baking dish.
7. Take Pan of sauce and pour over potato's and add a last layer of Cheese
8. bake on 450 until top of dish is Brown.
