Ingredients:
1 pound(s) fresh green beans ends trimmed
4 clove(s) fresh garlic
2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions:
1. Steam green beans 8-10 minutes until crisp done. Heat Olive Oil and saute garlic 1-2 minutes. If you like may cook until light brown.
2. Place cooked green beans in Olive Oil and garlic and toss until coated.
