Ingredients:
2 lbs spareribs, country style
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sugar
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Marinate spareribs in soy sauce, sugar and garlic for 2 hours in a pan.
2. Pre-heat oven to 350*.
3. Bake spareribs in sauce for 35 minutes on each side.
4. Serve hot.
