Ingredients:
tilapia fish
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup green pepper
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup onion (green)
1/4 minced garlic
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together and let marinate over night.
2. Next day:.
3. use a large pan coat lightly with Olive oil.
4. place Tilapia in pan and add all the marinated ingredients.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
