Blend up some tofu and enjoy this fresh dip with raw veggies or crackers. Nutritional yeast is a must have in this as it gives the dip a nice cheesy flavor
Ingredients:
8 oz tofu
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp horseradish
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients with immersion blender or food processor. Add a little thickner like agar on xanthum powder (optional)
2. Chill and serve
